Objectives
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by:
- Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services effectively.
- Listening to the customers, taking the information provided about the problem and finding a solution to replace the product or improve service.
Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries/comments and respond promptly and effectively to customers.
- Process orders/changes/cancellation according to established department policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Escalate critical support issues to the Customer Service Manager/Customer Service Supervisor.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and details of actions taken.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Perform customer verifications, keep records and maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/external partners that are involved in customer support, orders and processing.
- Provide feedback/improvement ideas/suggestion on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure maximized productivity and minimized cost.
- Partnership with the sales team on opportunities that develop into new customers.

Requirements:
Education
- University degree in business related field or comparable is needed
Professional Knowledge
- Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English is needed
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is highly recommended
- Knowledge of call center principles and practices is highly appreciated
Working Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is needed
- Former experience/background in logistics/express industry is highly recommended
Competencies
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing
- Interpersonal skills and listening skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
