**Company description:
We are a lean start-up multi-national team with a passion for creating high quality, affordable cosmetics.
We are hiring interns to join our newly launched cosmetics brand – LOULOU SEOUL - based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and Operation, he/she will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the company.
** Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiry via website, hotline, social channel, market place.
• Follow up customer order from opening until delivery process.
• Work with related department and partners such as finance, marketing and warehouse.
• Prepare daily and monthly report.
• Be able to support other tasks as requests from Department Head.

** Requirements:
• Degree in Business/ Administration/ Marketing/ E-commerce/ Accounting.
• PC proficient (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – required
• Hands-on attitude, flexible, detail-oriented.
• Working time: 9:30am to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday.
** Working Location:
• Work in District 3.
