Mô tả công việc
- Working with customers to handle requests for testing services as assigned by superiors.
- Consulting Customer issues related to testing services
- To provide guidance to the reader to understand technical information , results and overall assessment separately in the report
- Resolve customer complaints arising in the delivery process model ( late / missing ) , the testing process , after the release of reports and invoices
- Support other departments with customer contact , technical support , process group to examine some unclear information about programs related to orders
- Inform the customer of the problem ( if any) affect the test process immediately after receiving information from the laboratory
- To coordinate with technical staff to propose ways to improve the product / customer's test results if required
- Coordinate with Sales department to visit, gather information , maintain good relations with existing customers and establishing relationships with a number of new customers
- Record feedback from customers to take charge of the new strategy to improve service quality , increase numbers of customer and revenue

- University / College
- Have a basic knowledge of customer service
- Use good English ( spoken and written ), communication in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication , confidence
- Working with high pressure , organize the good work
