Mô tả công việc
+/ Work with appointed customers directly at factory/ customer’s office to support for test sample and document preparation, provide and process information as requested, questions from customers about product testing services, resolve complaints, if any
+/ Coordinate with other departments to ensure the process of order is not interrupted, test results are distribution to customers timely and accurate
+/ Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure service quality and sales goals of the company

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualifications: University / College
2. Major: Foreign Language / Foreign Trade / Business Administration / Engineering ( Chemical / Textiles )
3. Experience: At least 1 year of work undertaken customer service or related industry
4. Knowledge:
Have a basic knowledge of customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS Office - Word / Excel / Power Point )
Priorities have more knowledge about some basic specifications in testing services ,
5. Skills:
Use good English ( spoken and written ) - Chinese in intermediate level
Handling situations better
Working with high pressure , organize the good work
6. Capabilities:
Work independently
Good emotional control , flexibility in handling situations
Manage time well
