Mô tả công việc
• Update Service Execution Request: crosscheck, update on Drive, Portfolio, STAR
• Handle and transfer incoming & outcoming calls: complaints; enquiries
• Support CDEs to prepare service folder’s docs, update latest version of documents and follow up the delivery of Service Folder to customers
• Contract Checking & Printing
• Make Purchasing Request/ Purchase Order/ Payment Request and others weekly/ when it’s needed
• Manage Sales Dept. Stuffs & Stationery: Demo EFR, EFK & Comsumable, Brochure, Contract, Envelop, Letter Head, Red Folder, Raincoat, Bag….
• Manage Forms, Files, and Template
• Induction program for new comers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant
- 1- 2 year working experience in customer service
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Work under pressure
- Communication skills
- MS ability (Excel is a must)
- Skill in English
