Customer Service Executive (Chemical Industry)

• Report to the Customer Service Supervisor
• Liaise professionally with customers on a variety of issues including offers, orders, and payments to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Effectively cross-functional working on goods delivery.
• Handle customers’ inquiries effectively.
• Help prepare and maintain Customer Service departmental data in a well organized, up-to-date and accurate manner (product information, offers, orders, delivery and payment status etc).
• Prepare, update personal working plan, and other reports in accordance with managerial needs.
• Support other members of the Customer Excellence team and other members of the Chemical team in their activities to achieve the common Divisional goals as requested.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Quality Service: Quality documents as Customers’ request.

• University Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
• 1-year in similar positions (customer service, sales admin, logistics) of an international company.
• Good understanding on Customer service / Foreign trade activities & on basic administrative works. Having knowledge of e-Commerce is preferable.
• Fluent English communication.
• Computer skills: Access database application, PowerPoint, Scala or SAP (optional)
• Have good communication skills & ability to think analytically, to work well with number, to work independently and under pressure.
• Be honest, well organized, motivated, customer focus, adaptable & team work.
