Customer Service (English/chinese)

The Customer Service is responsible for handling product sample arrangement, customer order (PO), arrange and plan for production and delivery. Provide invoicing to customer.
Handle customer issues and any additional customer requirement.

MAIN TASKS
• To manage and handle customer order (PO)
• Arrange and plan for production
• Arrange for delivery
• Prepare for invoicing
• Handle customer issues
• Additional customer requirement
• Further task as assigned from the higher management
• Other tasks as per requested by Manager

1. Education / professional /: Tertiary Education
2. Foreign language / computer skills:
• English and Chinese
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word.
3. Ability / skill:
• Production planning of customer PO
• Shipping arrangement
• Invoicing of order
• Communication & people skill
4. Year of experience:
• Minimum 5 years or more experience
5. Others:
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
• Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and team work.
