Customer Service Cum Sales Admin

General Responsibilities
To follow up all order information from customers & coordinate with teams in order to provide timely services to customers.

Main duties
• To coordinate with related teams to solve arising internal issues.
• To make selling price for standard & specific customers.
• To perform customer care indirectly & directly.
• Be responsible to follow up all order information from loyal customers and retail customers; handle order information of new customers provided by Sales Team.
• To consult customers about our products to achieve more orders.
• To provide customer with promotion information and customer service policy of the company
• Report and advise Board of Director on customer service plan on price and service strategies.
• To advise the Board of Director about making selling price with the aim of maintaining the stable price. (maximize profit and minimize input material cost)
• To coordinate with Purchasing Team to minimize raw material cost with the aim of avoiding that the selling price is unstably increased.
• Coordinate with other teams (Logistics Dept., Planning Dept., FAC, Design Dept., and Communication Dept.) to have finished goods on time.

• Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant majors.
• 1-3 years Customer Service experience
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Be active and high sense of responsibility.
• Good English communication ability.
• Strategic thinking.
• Analytical thinking.
• Creative, flexible manner.
• Organizing and time-managing skills.
