Customer Service Cum Receptionist

• You are an essential member of the Center team who will be in charge of welcoming customer, caring & following up student’s studying and handling all feedback & complaint of customer as well as managing student class schedules
• In Service: Share the responsibility for the education success of the students who study at the school:
- Call to student to remind, follow up, take care of them in their studying at center
- Record customer feedback and complaints as well as handle customer complaints
• In Sales: you are the face of the school as the first and last contact point for new clients and students alike. Making a good impression is essential to the Sales Team’s success.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service through friendly and proactive care and delivery.
• Manage student class schedules and client appointments.
• Provide feedback and appropriate study advice in line with the school’s teaching methodology.
• Greet walk-ins and receive incoming calls before assigning them to Sales staff
• Be a school Ambassador and responsible for a fun, all English environment within the school
• Administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Center management as required

• Vietnamese national, aged between 22 – 26 years
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Demonstrate some fluency in English (TOEIC score 650+ or IELTS 4.5+ is recommended)
• Energetic, friendly, professional and highly customer focused
• Be confident in communicating in English.
• Willing to work following flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (08 hours/day, 5,5 days/week)
• Working in shift 9AM – 6PM/ 1PM – 9PM

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: 7,000,000VND – 10,000,000VND
