Mô tả công việc
- Support sales (checking rates/ preparing quotation/.....)
- Handle all import shipments for sale team (Air and sea: release Booking, D/O, A/N,....)
- To follow up the shipment and settle arising issues under responsibility
- To work with related parties for shipment arrangement
- To prepare Debit/ Credit note, follow up payment with consignee/ carrier
- Deal with customers for cargo information, arrange booking, follow up shipment.
- Arrange receipt & delivery of cargo from / to customer
- Work with air lines/ shipping lines to arrange shipments/ keep track of cargo routine
- Send shipping advice
- To follow up all order information from customers & sale team run well in order to timely service to customers.
- To directly receive information from new customers & transfer to Sales Team.
- Be responsible to coordinate with related Teams (Logistics, Operation…) to solve arising internal issues.
- Will be discuss more on interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/ University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marine, Foreign language
- Must be good communication in English (prefer if fluently in Chinese)
- At least 02 years in customer service position.
- Knowledge of import / export
- Able to work under pressure
- Good team work, long term working, responsibility.
- Good computer literacy
- Self motivated
- Experience in related field would be an advantage
