Mô tả công việc
- Handling shipping documents for Sea/ Air/ Inbound & outbound LCL/FCL shipments.
- Working with agents/ sales to get approval of shipment.
- Working directly with customers for supporting if any problem incurred.
- Contacting to shipping lines/ airlines to arrange bookings/ solve any problem incurred.
- Dynamically and effectively solve customers’ complaints.
- Priority who has experience in handling DAP, DDU, DDP, Ex-work & consolidation shipments.
Further information will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, major in the relevant field.
- At least 02 year-working experience in forwarding, logistics company.
- Good knowledge in Import-Export, shipping document and customs procedure.
- Have good Customer Service and Communications skills
- Be able to work under high pressure and hard working.
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm, honesty.
- Good English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
