** What You Will Do:
- Contacting oversea agent and shipper in Viet Nam to arrange shipments smoothly
- Contacting shipping lines to arrange bookings/ solve any problem incurred.
- Handling shipping documents for outbound shipments to US - Canada trade & Worldwide.
- Dynamically and effectively solve customers’ complaints.
- Further information will be discussed in the interview.

- University degree, major in the relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates or experienced
- Good knowledge in Import-Export & shipping document procedure.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
