Mô tả công việc
1. Send statement balance and related documents to customers on time.
2. Follow up with customers for payment on time.
3. Get payment details from customers then apply to OIA accounting system exactly.
4. Coordinate with OIA Customer Service Representative , suppliers and customers to make sure zero past due.
5. Be responsible for accuracy of Account Receivable.
6. Collect payment document (Tax, invoice, ...) from customer/ supplier for audit purpose ...
7. Interface and handle customer invoice and issues
8. Interface with Headquarters on project and AR issues

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College graduated in Accounting
• Good command of English
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good command of English
