Mô tả công việc

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide prompt service over the telephone to customers’ enquiries on products and service in an effective and efficient manner. You will understand customers needs and provide appropriate/ customized solutions and identify opportunities to serve customers during customer interaction. You are also to provide timely feedback to the operations team lead on issues for improvement and follow up on resolution status and feedback to customers.
Principal Responsibilities
• You will ensure calls are answered promptly and in the most courteous/friendly manner
• Act as 1st point of contact for Customer Support and Escalation
• Explain procedures; answering questions and providing information to customers
• Provide updates to customers regarding service attendance and work progress
• Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site whenever a service call is received
• Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas as necessary.
• Monitor the customer satisfaction index monthly.
• Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
• Input all service schedule to DFSD system
• Assist in administrative duties or other jobs as assigned by superviso

In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:
• Female, Vietnamese: Native
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manning call centers or telemarketing. Able to communicate well in their local language and have a flair for customer service. No technical experience required.
• Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
• Proactive and smart planner with a track record that demonstrates self -motivation, initiative and dedication to achieve both personal and corporate Goals
• Adept at working in high pressure environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, analytical skills and a quick learner
• Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding and be comfortable working with global teams.
