Customer Service Associates - English

Customer Service Associate wanted: techie, customer-oriented, amazing English skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat.
 Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by
communication with internal and external partners.
 Train, and develop Customer Service Team around the world (mainly in North America, EMEA and
APAC regions).

WHAT WE NEED
Must have
 Passion to deliver a world-class customer experience.
 Native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge (IELTS 7.0 or above).
Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a big plus.
 Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.).
 Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast-paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how
the technology works when things go wrong.
Nice to have
 Excellent verbal and written communication
 Strong relationship builder with both internal and external customers
 Knowledge to adapt your approach depending on customer communication styles
 Exhibit the behavior of listening more than you speak
