Mô tả công việc
- Manage and record bond holder’s data, make sure the accuracy and updating of the data according to regulations and law.
- Provide Customer’s information about VCSC’s service and bond products.
- Follow the trading bond orders and process all related back office jobs.
- Process to withdraw, deposit and transfer money for customers, make sure the matching in VCSC report and bank statement each day.
- Process all customer requirements: Debt collection, cash advance, account statement each day.
- Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree holder in Business, Economic, Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities/Finance/Banking firm.
- Having working experience in bond investment management in Securities firm would be an advantage. Good knowledge of front/back office processes and procedures.
- Independent, detailed-minded with good analytical.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- High proficiency of English (in both speaking and writing).
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities/Finance/Banking firm.
- Having working experience in bond investment management in Securities firm would be an advantage. Good knowledge of front/back office processes and procedures.
