Customer Service Associate

- To be part of 24/7 Customer Service Team at leading IT service company.
- To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels.

- Provide customers technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat etc.
- Vet and manage customer compliment and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners
- Get trained and develop Customer Service with colleagues in Korea and America
- Collaborate with engineers and provide customer service

Work Place V5 Office, 6th Floor, Khanh Hoi 2 Apartment, 360A Ben Van Don Street, Ward 1, District 4, HCMC

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (via phone, chat, in person etc)
- Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, team work, self-learn, good interpersonal skills
- Value of patience and ability to remain calm under stress
- A humble spirit who can laugh at themselves and would admit fault rather than point fingers
- Can-Do attitude and efficient working in detail.
