Our organization is ever changing and growing fast. We are currently looking for a fulltime Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Customer support with a focus on administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to placing orders, managing shipping dates, answering daily information requests from customers, maintaining data and invoicing.
· Following up with team members to ensure data on each piece of furniture is maintained.
. Fielding requests from customers.
· Follow up with factories to ensure products are on track and will ship on time.
· Provide data analysis and updates on order status, volume and progress to management.
. Sending payment packages to the customer.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The ideal candidate MUST have:
· 2+ years of experience in the furniture industry preferably with William Sonoma Brands.
. Experience in product development is a plus.
· A strong knowledge of Excel, familiarity in GT Nexus, and PLM software an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· A polite, open-minded and patient, though assertive manner of approaching customers.
