Customer Service Assistant (Service Apartment)

Main job:
• Support as request: check rent house before handover (its status or defects ….), recover errors– defects inside the house within leasing term (electricity, internet, water leak, ……)
• Support documents: registration form, move-in & move-out form at the building for the tenant
• Details will be discussed in the interview
• Update company homepage, website….

Request jobs: support other tasks with leasing team if any

• No experience, but customer service experience is a plus

• Salary: VND 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 (gross)
• Office: Lý Tự Trọng – Quận 1 – Tp. HCM
• Start: 10.2019/ office hour : 08:00 am - 05:30 pm (break time: 1.30hrs)
