A. Job Description
1.Support Training Plans for short-time for new brand staff and long-term
2. Support on-site training for LDS staffs about service skills and management (Korean culture, welcome customer)
3. Receive and collect complaints from customers via direct, phones, emails, social media and reporting instantly for solving.
4. Classify complaints/reflection, cooperate with other Dept in achieving information, solving complaints for customers. Collect feedback of customers after solving complaints
5. Find out service problem, attitude issues when LDS Staff/ tenant staffs interacting with customers.
6. Daily check duties: hygiene, displayed products, LDS staffs and brand staffs performance, MVG, Service lounge, Information, POP, MD and re-guide brand how to improve.
7. Support events, promotions
*** WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 08 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
- Strong compliance with labor regulations for Employees.

B. Responsibility
Ensure all customer's complaints are reported truthfully and solved completely.
Ensure all urgent requests if any from customers are supported timely.
