Customer Service Assistant

1. Check on pre-flight preparations for arrivals and departures
2. Monitor handling agent at arrival, departure and boarding areas to ensure company’s standards are met
3. Perform arrival/departure/ramp duties
4. Assist with lost and found matters
5. Follow up on passenger’s enquiries and feedback
6. Record statistical reports as required
7. Participate in customer service improvement initiatives
8. Other airport and administrative duties as assigned
9. Able to perform multi task in work environment
10. To support station operations in assignments by Head Danang

1. Candidates must have a good university degree and a good command of written and spoken in English. He/she must be proficient in MS Office and can pick up various IT applications.
2. Willing to learn, responsible, attentive to details, good interpersonal and communication skill and able to work under pressure
3. Overtime required for flight delays and through peak periods as necessary
4. Just graduated and Immediate available is highly preferred
