Mô tả công việc

I. PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Customer Service Executive, you are responsible to ensure the high-quality service of freight management provided to company's client.

II. KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Check rate with Airlines/Shipping Lines, Co-loader, Oversea Agents to quote to clients the best solutions of integrated logistics service (Air-Sea Freight, Road transportations, Customs Clearance,….)
- Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client
- Support and solve all requirements of customer (pick up and drop off containers, free time, closing time, SI cut off, customs clearance, goods insurance ....)
- Follow up, check, and update status of shipment and delivery; coordinate with client and internal department to solve the arising problem (if any)
- Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, manifest, arrival noted, pre-alert …. ) to finish the import-export process
- Data entry via internal system
- Ensure the prompt update/response on the status of cargo/shipment and relevant informations to both internal and external client timely and accurately;Collaterate with relevant parties to solve problems arising

- Follow up, and check shipment cost and accuracy of debit note/payment request issued to client and carriers timely
- Do weekly, monthly, yearly report to Supervisor/Head of department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policies of company
- Other taks assigned from time to time according to company’s strategy

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- At least two year as the similar experience in freight forwarding company/trading
- Hands-on experienc
- Knowledge of Incoterm 2010
- Knowledge of Import - Export Process
- Understanding of products of integrated logistics service or business model of freight forwarding or market insight of route North American, Japan, Great China Area.
- Ability to file AMS/ACI/AFR is advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Advance Excell Skills)
- Pricing skill and customer service skill
- Team-work spirit and can-do attitive
- Innovative
