Customer Service & Logistics Executive (URGENT)

ESCO VIETNAM is looking for 01 Customer Service & Logistics Executive (URGENT) to work in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:
- Receive customer feedback on product quality and technical problems occurring during usage.
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers assisting the dealers to install equipment at end user's location, and guiding end user how to operate equipment after installation.
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers for calibration, maintenance, guaranteeing, replacing parts for end user.
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers to visit potential end users to introduce and promote certification and maintenance service package of Esco Vietnam
- Write and send hardcopies of certification/maintenance reports to end users after service engineers complete the service jobs.
- Feedback to the factory about defective accessories and monitor shipping status of replacement parts to replenish to the inventory.
- Manage the list of testing equipment and work with shipping department to dispatch the tools oversea for calibration when expired.
- Support together with marketing department to translate documents such as user manuals, technical data sheet etc.
- Make Acceptance & Contract Liquidation Reports to send to customers after service engineers complete the service.
- Update & consolidate all data in excel files on weekly basis for submission to Manager.
- Closely combine with related departments: post sales Singapore factory facing, service quotation processing, accountants to support delivery and handle other occurring issues.
- Back up support for Hanoi office when the person in charge of the respective department takes leave.

- Graduate from college / university of economics, foreign trade, foreign languages, ...
- Have sufficient experience in customer service field (especially on laboratory equipment, medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment).
- Having basic technical backgrounds is a must
- Having experience in technical translation and marketing is a plus
- Having experience in import-export field is advantageous.
- Having at least 01 - 03 years of working experience.
- Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).
- Well organized, excellent customer service skills; self- motivated and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, hard-working, honesty.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required).
- Commitment to work for long term.
- Working location: District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.
- Working time: 08:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
- Available to work immediately
