Mô tả công việc
Department / Location: Customer Service / SGN
Direct Line Reporting: CS Manager / Director
Key Tasks
1. To follow up accounts separately with Airfreight and supporting Seafreight team for Import shpts in case.
2. To follow each shpts in consequence set out in the job covering for Airfreight.
3. To follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customer and overseas stations and the account holder to make respective shipment arrangement.
4. To check and verify documents and update to relevant parties.
5. To work closely to SOP set out by Salesman.
6. To inform CS Manager of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors standards and services.
7. To feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.
8. To handle incident management and handles customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
9. To verify and incoming invoices.
10. To handle job costing after shpt handling.
11. Control shipping run by obtaining loading confirmation from carriers.
12. To handle other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Min. 2 years experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
2. Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
3. Basic geography knowledge
4. Good written and spoken English/Chinese.
5. Good PC skills.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Customer-oriented mind
8. Sense of responsibility, team work and creditability
