Mô tả công việc
1. Respond phone calls and emails from customers;
2. Generate and update shipment records;
3. Track shipments and update status of orders for customers;
4. Answer inquiries from Sales & Agents and resolve any trouble occurs;
5. Miscellaneous paperwork such as processing, reporting, and other related duties.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College graduation with major in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export
- Over 1 years’ experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/Import – Export preferred.
- Highly responsible, careful,
- Good communications skill.
- Work independently or in a group with high pressure; work overtime when necessary.
- Use Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet,…proficiently
- Knowledge or experience in Cargowise system is a plus
Good communication in English (if also with Mandarin will be priority candidate)

- Ages: 23 – 30
