Mô tả công việc
• Help manage our customer service division for phone related inbound and outbound customer support in our rapidly growing E-Commerce division
• Determine and set appropriate KPI’s and Metrics for your team. Work with the team to meet and exceed their quotas.
• Manage everyday customer escalations and take pro-active measures to meet service level requirements and resolve service requests
• Mentor, train and develop existing and new staff through coaching, the provision of constructive feedback, counselling, and recognition.
• Show your people skills including all HR-related concerns, as well as staff development. Managing the floor, adherence to schedule, ownership and problem resolution, call monitoring, coaching and agent feedback
• Facilitate performance plans, performance reviews and developmental plans for team members
• Assist supervisors and co-team leads with inquiries and other operational tasks
• Ensure efficient and effective meetings to provide communication to team members
• Help the management team drive growth and overall results for the department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum of 2 years of team lead and/or management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire team members and lead by example every day
• Reliable judgment and decision making
• The ability to actively listen and communicate with our customers and employees
• Be able to multi-task and provide explanations in simple terms
• Undertake project work as required and directed
• Flexibility to shifting schedules
• 2 languages or more are a strong asset (we cover lots of languages!)
