Mô tả công việc
- Customer service team is responsible for customer's orders and related inquiry, ensuring End Customer Service Level, a part of Customer Complaint Management System.
- Coordinate with related functions in order to handle SO for assigned customers
- Order entry in SAP as per request timeline and accuracy
- Play as contact window for assigned customers
- Ensure End Customer Service Level, Customer Complaint are well maintained.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree Major in Business administration, Customer Service relationship, Administration
- At least 5 years experience in Customer Service relationship, Sale Administration
- Communication skill: Good in both Vietnamese & English
- Good Chinese communication is highly preferred.
- Computer skills: Good in ERP (SAP), MS. Office is preferred.
