Mô tả công việc
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints via multi-channels (phone, email, mail or social media) while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time;
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits (SLAs) and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Deliver good personal performance to achieve KPI targets;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers;
- Understanding the company’s products inside and out to answer customer’s queries;
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant teams, international teams and partners/providers when necessary;
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Acceptable command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-have:
• Experienced in customer support fields;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
