Customer Relationship Manager 客户经理岗位

Exploit new customers and credit market, responsible for planning, making feasibility and assessment reports, lending implementation…, responsible for managing banking services of in charge customers.
制定营销方案并组织实施，组织开拓市场、开发客户及提供客户服务等相关工作。

1, Graduated from a full-time university or post-graduate; fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, writing, reading skills) 本科及以上学历，流利的中文口语以及书面表达，英语水平较高的优先。
2, Understand the local policy and regulations on banking industry and have good knowledge on business markets; 优先了解越南行业政策、行业市场，具有一定的法律、税务常识
3, Knowing the characteristics and identify business plans in the areas of corporate finance, personal finance, international payments; 优先了解公司金融、个人金融、国际结算等金融业务特点及营销定位。
4, Having more on marketing, and having more experience in corporate credit, credit management, candidate who have experience on loan syndication and good at English communication is a plus; 优先营销工作经验或银行公司客户营销、信贷管理工作经验；熟悉银团贷款者，英文水平较高的优先。
5, Having ability to research market, exploit customer demand for credit products and services; good at negotiation skill 具备较强的市场洞察力与敏锐性，沟通能力强，善于培养与挖掘客户的产品需求。
6, Ability to work independently and have team working spirit. 具有较强的个人管理与团队协助能力。
