*Campaign Analytics:
- Build customer segmentation, trigger sets for data models developing and estimate target audience to support Lead generation campaigns and initiatives
- Support Lead generation team in defining campaign measurement and reporting metrics
- Analyze, prepare and communicate results of data insights that are relevant to specific initiatives and campaigns with deep driver analysis
*Monitoring and reporting:
- Support in preparation, reconciliation and expediting partner billing on regular basis in strong collaboration with Business Intelligence Competency function
- Support manager to prepare business case for new product, channel and project
- Run queries on own data (Product Sale performance, Customer Segmentation, etc).
- Monitor and control performance of products, campaign and projects by monthly basis.
- Review and analyze the product’s activities and trends and report the findings to identify the strategies that will address company goals.
Compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to managers on a regular basis and according to her/his request.
Maintain in-depth knowledge and trends of product through reading reports, financial modeling and analysis, alert and help to prepare solutions for abnormalities/improvements

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Masters Degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. Degree from institution recognized internationally or top tier in the country of origin is preferred.
- 2+ years in one of the next industries:
+ Business analysis /Business or economic analyst in Telecommunication company / Banking / E-commerce/ insurance or other companies using DWH or big data approach
+ Familiarity with CRM, business analytics and intelligence software
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and data mining techniques
- Proven knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel & Access and experience with statistical software ( SAS, SPSS, R, etc)
- Intermediate data modelling experience and knowledge of demographic and statistical analysis
- Full English proficiency
