The position of Customer Relations & Operations – Saigon is a critical role as this person will be representing the entire company in Saigon and will create a very important and lasting impression. They will have the responsibility of ensuring The company product is delivered as promised to the client and will provide operational support to the whole company.

The unique benefit of this position is the flexibility of the hours and location. You will be totally autonomous, working from home or in a coffee shop of your choice, and keeping your own hours, provided you make yourself available by phone at all times. In time, as the company grows, we may expand with more staff which will create the need for a physical office within which you would operate from.

This is a fun and varied position working with a friendly company that would suit an outgoing person who enjoys meeting clients, has excellent English and good computer skills.

The role will combine your friendly personality with a good organizational skills, confidence and an ability to manage tour bookings. You must be well presented, own a laptop and motorbike and have an energetic and positive personality.

Co-ordinate and manage the bookings of tours in southern Vietnam. This will include:
• Selecting and managing the local guides, ensuring they are fully licensed and carry the correct paperwork at all times. And that they represent the company with pride and passion. You will be responsible for recruiting these guides and maintaining their quality.
• Organise the welcome kits for clients – welcome bag, water bottle, country booklets and maps.
• Co-ordinating the bookings of tours.
• Book transfers and transport on behalf of the sales staff.
• Manage the relationship with the transport providers and maintain the quality of their services.

Research product to ensure the company offers the best available which will include:
• Assess and research tours suitable for clients & maintain the quality of their tours, making sure that you know when new tours are launched.
• Conduct hotel inspections and report back to all Vietnam sales staff to keep everyone up to date.

Personally meet clients from time to time to provide personalised customer service. This will include being available to resolve any client issues.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be Vietnamese
• Have at least one year experience in sales, reception or operations at another tour company or hotel
• Proficient computer skills - Excel & Word
• Be well presented, friendly and outgoing
• Own your own Laptop
• Have a motorbike
