This is a fun and varied position working with a friendly team of staff in Hoi An that would suit an outgoing person who enjoys meeting clients, has excellent English and good computer skills.

The role will combine your friendly personality with an ability to manage tour bookings. You must be well presented, own a laptop and motorbike and have an energetic and positive personality.

Tasks include:
- Co-ordinate and manage the bookings of tours and transport in central Vietnam. This will include selecting and managing the local guides and booking tours that form part of the itineraries created by the Sales Staff.
- Manage the relationship with the transport providers and maintain the quality of their services.
- Research new tours and activities in central Vietnam and quality controlling those currently being used.
- Conduct hotel inspections so that you can help all staff keep up to date on their product knowledge.
- Personally meet clients to provide personalised customer service and assist them with any suggestions for services in central Vietnam.
- Be on hand to resolve client issues.

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be Vietnamese
- Have at least one year experience in sales, reception or operations at another tour company or hotel
- Proficient computer skills - Excel & Word
- Be well presented, friendly and outgoing
