Customer Relation & Marketing Assistant

- Mainly through mail correspondence, assist customers to choose between the company's range of motorcycles or tour services, process payments and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain and update booking records and promptly verify reservations of motorcycles and tours to customers.
- Analyse and project availability of motorcycles and English tours guides and report these trends on daily basis to the manager.
- Promote and ensure quick feedback and engagement on customers reviews and suggestions.
- Together with the Social Media team assist with content development, promotional campaigns and advertisement campaigns
- Assist the marketing analysis and make proposals for marketing campaigns
- When times allows assist in direct customer contacts and support within the reception of QT Guest House and at the rental outlet

QT Motorbikes & Tours are the largest tour and rental agency north of Hanoi. Based in Ha Giang City but also with office in Cao Bang we are a fast growing family business with 30+ full-time employees. We are looking for a fully fluent English speaking staff to assist us in developing and maintaining excellent customer relations and grow our marketing skill portfolio.
- To have Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- A high level of attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Interest in tourism and motorbiking is an added advantage.
