/ SUMMARY /
Customer Order & Fulfillment Manager plays an active part in ensuring optimal customer sales and order fulfillment support for the various brands of the company.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES /
A – Inbound Conversation Management
• Manage “chat service” & Facebook channels with professional service
• Regularly improve performance and ensure best service to customers
B – Order processing
• Check clean orders with customers before processing to system
• Process the orders to system, follow up with logistics on cancellation/ modification or any special requests. Note down all special requests in Sales orders
• Raise & follow up requests at order entry to avoid delay.
C - Delivery Arrangement (where warehousing and fulfillment is managed by company)
• Actively check credit/ payment to ensure correct incentive discounts applied and record it carefully in Orders.
• Check the availability of goods and update warehousing system to trigger 3PL delivery
• Closely cooperate with 3PL to support customers in urgent cases.
• Coordinate with Finance team to handle customer complaints/ requests relating to orders such as cancellation, correction reports, refund, etc.

/ QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS /
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
- High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal who understands the interaction between strategy, content and audience engagement
- Demonstrate proficiency in proofreading and editing materials
- Ability to craft ideas and thoughts into any medium
/ OTHER TERMS /
Working Time: Total working hours is not less than 42.5 hours per week and daily working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
Working Place: Company Office located at 11bis Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, 7th Floor, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
