Mission
To be the voice of Customer inside the company and analyze our performance vs. market, by connecting the dot of many sources of data.
Key responsibilities
1. Understand our Customers and their key issues, and highlight it in a weekly “Customer pulse”, first issue 30 days after starting the job
Using BigXu data, Call Center, Customer survey, FB comments, Boomerang…
Pilot Customer surveys, permanent & ad-hoc such as post shopping survey, catchment area survey, Mystery shopping, Wigo in-store experience tracking
2. Analyze how we perform vs. Market & Competitors, and issue a monthly report, first issue 60 days after starting the job
Interaction
1. With datamining specialist
2. With third party such as Wigo, Starseed
