* Principle Accountabilities
- Play the role as Finance Business Partner supporting Sales team in maximizing strategic investments through translating business strategy into finance strategy and vice versa; performance management, decision support, developing business models, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action.
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to Commercial Finance Manager
* Job Responsibilities
- Drive € return mind set in Sales, develop and evaluation customer investment, optimize A&P effectiveness
- Analyse value chain to optimise route to market model
- Drive channel, customer profitability with different customer mix and resource allocation
- Support Pricing architecture and strategy. Monitoring pricing execution & manage spend accruals
- Develop distributor ROI tool, to measure profitability by General Trade distributor level, increase financial awareness of distributors.
- Develop trade term/trade investment strategy in order to align with company strategy; Maximize company’s profitability by customers and meet customer requirements on profit improvement
- Identify customer value proposition, define a fair and suitable approach for each key customers
- Drive Internal Control Framework assessment in customer areas. Ensure compliance of the local team to global trade spend policies and procedures.
- Develop cost to serve per segmented outlet types with different retailer value propositions analysis to optimize return on investment
- Review and make improvement on distributors’ claim settlement processes, credit risk management
- Educate & coaching partner teams to improve financial skills and confidence
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned according to business requirements
