Customer Experience Team Leader

Customer Experience Team Leading: 60%

• Implement Customer Experience working process and collaboration process with other teams.
• Lead and assign tasks to team members; make sure the work progress and achieve the team goals.
• Directly participate and complete tasks with the team.
• Report periodically or in demand.
• Other tasks assigned by Management Board.

Customer Experience Improvement: 20%

• Research about the communication methods to enhance customer experience; Apply that method to the company.
• Collect and analyze customer’s insights, feedback and review with the Product and Design team.

Training & Development: 20%

• Participate in recruitment, on-boarding, training team members’ activities.
• Cooperate with HR and other Team leaders in evaluating and developing people.

• Age: 22 - 28 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service for foreign markets that use English. Prefer candidates with experience in E-commerce, POD industry, or experience with US-EU customers.
• English fluency, especially in Reading and Writing (~ IELTS 6.5, no certificate required).
• Strong leadership skill; can-do attitude, being diligent, resilient, reliable, funny, good team-working skill. Can handle pressure well.
• Can and will proactively do research; strong data-driven and technology-driven mindset.
• An US - EU culture lover. Have great interest in foreign media such as watching Netflix; browsing reddit, Pinterest & 9gag....regularly.
• Having experience and skills in Marketing/Customer Understanding are highly recommended.
