Mô tả công việc
- Handle Network-related customer complaints within SLA.
- Regularly provide Customer Experience Division (CX) the latest information about Vietnamobile Network coverage and make sure Network-related complaints are matched between CX & Network.
- Support Modern Channel and Corporate Business Development in deploying business programs.
- Check monthly MS acceptance with vendors on customer complaints.
- Analyze customer usage & experience trend with CEM tool to proactively identify problems that might impact to user perception as well as deliver improvement plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
- Having Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering
- Having at least 03 year experience in telecoms sector
Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge on Mobile Network Architecture, Telecom Services and Performance Management.
- Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks and take up with respective teams to ensure implementation
- Communicate effectively and connect with colleagues, clients, partners…
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a competitive environment
- Highly analytical, hypothesis-driven, data-supported approach to problem solving
- Determined and result-oriented
