Customer Engineer (Power)

The CUSTOMER ENGINEER (Power) checks and verifies coverage, terms and condition of the maintenance contracts/purchase orders to ensure costumers are served according to their needs and satisfaction/ Nhiệm vụ chính của vị trí kỹ sư điện là kiểm tra và xác minh phạm vi các hạng mục, xây dựng các điều khoản và điều kiện của hợp đồng bảo trì/ đơn đặt hàng để phục vụ theo nhu cầu của khách hàng thông qua việc
· Responds efficiently and professionally to calls, inquiries, and requirements of customers/ Đáp ứng yêu cầu về kỹ thuật của khách hàng
· Supports and works with management board, implementation of efficiency programs and cost cutting measures/ Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng các trang thiết bị và hỗ trợ thiết bị cho khách hàng theo kế hoạch
· Performs equipment support and service/
· Checks and verify the correctness of equipment installation which includes piping/ electrical specs/ installation done by contractors/ end-user/ Kiểm tra, lắp đặt thiết bị trong đó bao gồm đường ống/ số kỹ thuật/ cài đặt được thực hiện bởi nhà thầu/ đơn vị sử dụng.
· Conducts warranty User’s training before the turnover of equipment to customer/ Thực hiện đào tạo hướng dẫn sử dụng, bảo hành cho khách hàng
· Ensures that equipment fault escalation procedures are being followed and reported./ Theo dõi và lập các báo cáo lỗi thiết bị
· Prepares and submit comprehensive written reports, and Verify/Audit reports of junior engineers when required/ Hỗ trợ và làm việc với cấp quản lý để lên kế hoạch thực hiện hiệu quả.
· · Ensures 100% on time completion of assigned job such as Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and others/ Đảm bảo 100% về thời gian hoàn thành công việc được giao như Dự phòng bảo trì, bảo dưỡng khắc phục
· Ensures 100% attendance in Global Service operations meeting, trainings and other meetings called up by Department Head
· Ensures company assigned cellular phones are operational and open 24/7 to capture all customer service call and respond efficiently/ Đảm bảo 24h/7 để kịp thời xử lý kịp thời các yêu cầu khách hàng
· Assists sales engineers and application engineers when needed during demo and bidding, Assists maintenance sales coordinator on meetings with customers regarding details of various services offered/ Phát triển mối quan hệ khách hàng
· Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Department Head./ Thực hiện các công việc khác có thể được phân công theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related Technical courses/ Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành điện, điện tử công nghiệp
• At least 2 years experience as a Service Technician or Engineer/ Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm trong lĩnh vực chuyên ngành
• Ability to comunication in English/ Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh
