Mô tả công việc
- Tìm kiếm các cá nhân và tổ chức để quảng cáo phù hợp các sản phẩm của Bệnh viện FV bao gồm chương trình hội viên, kiểm tra sức khỏe tổng quát, các chương trình khuyến mãi & chiến dịch khác.
- Bán các sản phẩm của Bệnh viện FV như đề cập ở trên cho các cá nhân & tổ chức Việt Nam
- Tham gia tất cả các khóa đào tạo do Bệnh viện FV thực hiện bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn như kiến thức về sản phẩm, kỹ năng bán hàng & thuyết trình…
- Tham gia cuộc họp hàng tuần với Giám sát tư vấn khách hàng
- Lập báo cáo hoạt động bán hàng hàng tuần cho Giám sát tư vấn khách hàng
- Lập kế hoạch & báo cáo hoạt động bán hàng hàng ngày cho Giám sát tư vấn khách hàng
- Có mặt ở Phòng kinh doanh ít nhất 2 giờ mỗi ngày
- Trực tại chỗ trong Phòng kinh doanh theo lịch của cấp quản lý

Sell FVH's products as mentioned above to Vietnamese individual & corporate
Attend all training courses provided by FVH including but not limited product knowledge, selling & presentation skill…
Attend weekly meeting with Supervisor Customer Consultant
Prepare weekly sales activity report to Supervisor Customer Consultant
Plan & report daily sales activities to Supervisor Customer Consultant
Be in Business Office at least 2 hours daily
Be on duty at the Business Office according to the schedule of the Management

1. Trình độ chuyên môn: Bằng Trung học phổ thông, ưu tiên có bằng Đại học
2. Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực dịch vụ/dịch vụ khách sạn hoặc bảo hiểm
3. Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp qua điện thoại
Có lịch làm việc linh động
Thông minh, kỹ năng thuyết trình tốt, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt
Khả năng làm việc độc lập, trách nhiệm cao
Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thương lượng tốt
Chín chắn, năng động, tự tin, hướng ngoại
Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và giải quyết các vấn đề

2. Experience: At least 1 year experience in the service/hospitality industry or insurance field /
3. Skills and knowledge/

Ability to work under high pressure
Good communication and negotiation skills
Mature, dynamic, confident, extrovert
