Mô tả công việc
We are looking to hire an experienced Customer/Client Support Officer to assist Director and Sales Director to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The CSO responsibilities include ensuring that the key clients are satisfied with the services provided, attending the meetings with clients, assisting the clients develop their business.
Customer/Client Support Officer Responsibility: Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal team to ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.
• Work closely with Client and internal Technical/Maintenance team to address and resolve the clients’ complaints. Make sure that all issues will be fixed and be solved promptly and satisfied.
• Coordinate with Logistic Supervisor to update goods status. Prepare delivery/installation plan and complete handover procedure with each transaction.
• Communicate and Collaborate between client and marketing & design team in order to support client in developing marketing material and other promotion campaign.
• Visit clients’ site to update its activity movement.
• Update and assist Financial Department regarding the debt monthly basic.
• Compile the report and update to Director and Sales Director about clients’ status in weekly basic.
• Other task: Perform secretary task to assist client team’s activity such as: arrange a meeting, hotel booking, Visa making, residence card … and others operation task.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven customer/client support experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters
• Strong communication skills and handling skills
• Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English
