Mô tả công việc

Role Purpose:
• To provide an efficient and high quality service to customer to satisfy customer's needs and expectations within company's procedures/guidelines
• To deal with internal customers (All departments) and external customers (customers, business partners) in order to get the assigned work(s) done and meet CC’s KPIs
• To give comment(s)/idea(s) on daily works to direct supervisor for process/procedure update/improvement (if any)
• To be a good back up for CC Team Leader

Key Accountabilities
- Assist Team Leader to initiate/create ideas/initiatives to contribute for the improvement of company’s bounce rate
- Providing a polite, professional and accurate communication in accordance with agreed service standards
- Followed Call’s Evaluation guidelines conducted by QA Team
- Promptly and accurately complete all related administration activities, in accordance with relevant service standards and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Followed committed service TAT regulated at CS Manual
- When customer requirement(s) are more appropriately, CC then dealing with relevant departments and refer them to an appropriate solution for customer.
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products/services in order to maintain a high quality service with accurate information providing to customer
- Participate and contribute to team meetings, training and quality workshops
- Others tasks which are assigned by CC Team Leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduated. Probably in Economics, Finance or Banking is preferable.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Call Center, Customer Care or Customer Service
- Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office, Power point, Email, Internet) Good English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a sweet voice, good telephone skills
- Reporting & analysis skills
- Motivated and proactive
- Careful and patient style of work
- Keenness character
- Brilliant appearance

− To get deep understanding and fully comply with
(1) Corporate Integrity Policies (including: policies of Conflict of Interest, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (Gift &Entertainment register),
(2) Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Countering Terrorism Financing;
(3) and regulation on your roles and responsibilities in operational manual.
− To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
− This job description is reviewed on annually basis and subject to change upon business requirement.
