Customer Care Manager (Trưởng Phòng Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng HCM)

-Customer care staff management, training and guidance on product knowledge and customer care skills
-Manage and be responsible for all activities of the Customer Care Department, call center and settlement of customer complaints
-Evaluate customer satisfaction with the company, department and staff
-Deploymenting customer care policies, programs and procedures for employees
-Check the implementation of each employee's goals. Regularly evaluate, plan to adjust and support employees to achieve goals
-Proposing solutions and strategies to retain customers
-Regularly or irregularly reporting on customer service activities
-Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

-Graduating from university
-Fluent in English or Chinese
-At least 4 years of experience in the same position and 1 year of management (or higher) in finance
-Withstand high work pressure
-Honest, hard-working
-Ability to establish relationships and handle conflicts and complaints
-Skill of making and analyzing reports
-Communication skills
