*** The Role
As Customer Care Manager, you are responsible for all support functions and providing the best customer services possible by EF Academy to parents and students.

Your main responsibilities are:
• Represent EF Academy to speak at functions and events
• Communicate clearly & effectively with students & parents by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
• Oversee all post-sales services provided to students & parents to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Provide help & guidance to students & parents on how to use school & company services
• Actively contact to collect comments from students & parents to improve service quality
• Plan, lead and execute value-added activities for EF parents and students, encourage and develop customer loyalty, ensure repeat customers
• Positively handle enquiries/ complaints from students & parents
• Collaborate with EF schools to solve problems and discuss possible improvements to customer service
• Handle visa support to students & parents
• Ensure to achieve company annual goals
• Other tasks assigned by Managers

You are passionate about help changing people’s lives through education.

You have the following attributes and qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, business development or customer service
• Entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions.
• You have a highly result oriented mindset, a customer-focused nature with built-in cultural awareness and emotional sensitivity
• Strong Customer - Facing Skills Understanding of the marketplace and customer requirements with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction
• Good interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, both in writing and in speaking
• Comprehensive Industry Knowledge
• Positive attitude and ability to see opportunities. A flexible attitude towards work
• Proactive, aggressive, creative but strategic thinker - with a passion for details
• An ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
• Confident, patient, polite but yet result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Thrives on intellectual challenges
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel within the region and abroad
