CUSTOMER CARE (GERMAN or ENGLISH LANGUAGE)

- Customer care
- Handle all requests and complains via by email, phone or directly in office
- Coordinating with other departments to solve all problem for clients

- University Degree (preferred in Tourism Business or Foreign Language)
- Good in problem solving skills
- Exellence spoken German/ English
- Knowledge of a second foreign language (German/English) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Customer service skill
- Confident, proactive and flexible in work
- High responsible
- Able to work independently as well as in coordination with other departments.
