– Direct contact by phone/ email and conduct weekly conference call with Customer Service Group / Distribution in group companies oversea related to turn times, late orders, quality feedback, clarification backlog issues of orders.
– Check order status in production line / by checking SAP transaction and clarify pending cases
– Input data related to clarification information to Sales Force system
– Feedback to RSM team at production to ensure high level of service quality.
