Mô tả công việc
A) Purpose of Job / Job Summary
-Handling all works related to customer service and express nice image of company
-To process payment for apartment management office and other administration works
B) Key Responsibilities / Duties
+ In charge of handing – over of house, investment property, apartments
+ To follow up with the status of defect rectification works
+ Receiving and handling customer feedback, complaints
+ Coordinate in doing customer renovation works
+ Control in out keys, hand over gift…
+ To process admin works for management office: process payment, receive information from other departments and transfer to related division.
+ Other duties as assign of management from time to time
