Mô tả công việc
Job summary: Oversee importation and exportation of custom clearance related document, including raw material and finish goods.
Primary duty: Application custom clearance and license for material, control boned material
Second duty: Familiar with custom related rules and request; business incoterms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Familiar government custom rules and related laws
2. Familiar importation and exportation process
3. Familiar material and finish goods and equipment custom license
4. Support and substitute of operations manager role
5. Ensure the fulfilment of internal request by due time
6. Report defective material and questionable condition of equipment
7. Manpower management for shift operations
8. Continuous improvement of work process
9. Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition, 5S
10. Communicate status of operations in a timely manner to management including any process problems

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
Preferred: Graduate from University of relevant field (Government or Foreign Trade)
2. Experiences: 1-2 years of experience in custom clearance
3. Skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast changing environment
• High sense of continuous improvements and cost optimization
• Ability to recognize the abnormalities in the daily operations and resolve those.
• Negotiation skill
4. Others
• Proficiency in English or Chinese, both spoken and written for daily communication
• Custom system experience is preferred
