Mô tả công việc
• Handle equipment import procedure & declaration in VN;
• Daily communication with Engineering department / end-user to gather information needed for China Contract and import status update;
• Monthly report for logistic and customs related expense.
• To ensure legal compliance and provide import and export administration within government rules and regulations for manufacturing and service facilities within the Asia Pacific Region, with strong concentration in HCMC.
• Manage all China Customs brokers' performance and metrics. Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations in Asia Pacific countries in which the business operates, primarily VN and Hong Kong.
• Monitor and provide advice regarding laws, regulations, and enforcement priorities affecting customs activity in the China.
• Communicate proposed and enacted changes and assist in analyzing the impact of the changes.
• Manage the development and communication of company's position on customs policy and functional policy issues.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of operations/process experience with import/export related matters in a business and/or consulting environment within VN·
- Experience in designing and implementing customs processes which are. Cross-functionally integrated with core business systems. Capable of reporting data in compliance with all customs laws and regulations.
- A strong understanding of the import/export-related laws, regulations, and procedures of VN including VN's Customs Handbook program. VN's Duty Exemption program (machinery and equipment). VN's bonded and non-bonded importation regulations.
- Experience in classifying imports into China under the VN HS coding system (harmonized tariff schedule) Experience in inventory management processes as they relate to operating under customs inward processing regimes (e.g., VN Handbook, duty relief, duty exemption)· Experience in qualifying imported goods and obtaining certificates of origin under various Asia Pacific-related trade agreements·
- Excellent Vietnamese skills, written, and oral required· Automotive industry OEM, supplier or tier supplier experience is a plus
- Minimum of a College Diploma of Business management with holding of: Customs Broker License, Reported picking of qualification certificate
