Mô tả công việc
Managing & controlling all the customs broker team
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and partners
• Provide well organized customer service
• Good at checking / advising customers to make Documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
• Have knowledge in Circulars, decree intensively
• Operate well on ECUS 5 VNACCS for Custom declaration.
• Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers
• Arrange & Guarantee trucking to meet delivery schedule demand from customers
• Liquidation experience is priority
• Certificate origin issuing experience
• Invoicing
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Report daily tasks to manager everyday
• Support and cooperate with manager
• Follow manager’s orders or instruction

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience: 4 – 5 years at least
